We all need encouragement every now and then, and there is nothing better than the encouragement of a good friend. Instead of always harping on a man’s faults, tell him of his virtues. Motivate and inspire him. People radiate what is in their minds and in their hearts. If they know that people believe in him, they would be more willing to give it their best. Encouragement brings out the best in a person. It is the spark that ignites the strength of a weakened soul.
