Life and death are the two ends of the same process. The first breath is the beginning of death, and every moment of our life is a step towards the grave. All these might sound morbid. But they are facts of Life, to be understood and faced.
The contemplation of death should make us realise how precious life is and how fragile it can be. Nothing is promised. We could be alive one day and dead the next. So let us be grateful that we are alive and well.
