Fatty Wing Seong Restaurant

Fatty Wing Seong restaurant is a Chinese restaurant offering local Chinese cuisine. The restaurant is located at Burlington Square along Bencoolen Street. They are the next block from Sim Lim Towers, where all the electronic retail shops are.

This is one of their signature dish - Roast Chicken. The skin is slightly crispy and the meat is tender. Very nice.

This is Clayport Beef - Beef cooked in dark soya sauce with baby corns, mushrooms, leak, carrots, spring onions, and ginger slices. Another very nice dish.

This is braised homemade tofu with mushrooms - another of their signature dish , and one of my favourite dishes. The tofu melts in your mouth.

Brussel Sprouts stir-fried with garlic. A simple dish, but done with the right amount of salt and the right degree of crunchiness.

I have dined there quite a few times, and I am happy to say that there is consistency in the quality of their food. The food is good, the service is good, and their prices are very reasonable. Hence, they are very popular.

If you are going there during peak hours, it is best that you phone them for a reservation. Or you might want to dine a bit earlier. You can dine comfortably in the air-conditioned hall, or you can dine outside if you so prefer.

The restaurant is located at - 175 Bencoolen Street #01-31 Burlington Square, Singapore 189649
