Sleeping

We all need about eight hours of sleep everyday. Some people can get by with less. Each individual has different needs. What is sure is that to be effective in anything, we need a good night’s sleep. Sleep is not a waste of time. During sleep, our body ‘powers down’, so to speak, and a variety of biological processes take place to restore our bodies and minds. That is why when we have a good night’s sleep, we wake up refreshed.
