Golden Penda

My last-ditch effort search on Google revealed this tree to be Xanthostemon chrysanthus, commonly named Golden Penda, also popularly known as First Love. It is a species of tree in the myrtle family Myrtaceae. It is a popular garden plant with showy yellow blooms.

Xanthostemon chrysanthus is cultivated as an ornamental plant for use in gardens and park landscaping. Its horticultural appeal stems from its profuse and attractive flowering.

When it blooms, the whole tree is cover in yellow flowers. Simply lovely to see.
