At the moment, they have two restaurants - one in the Downtown business district and one in the East of the Island, in Bedok.
My friends and I went to the one in the Downtown business district.
These were what we tried.
Porchetta Tapas
Roasted Italian Crispy Pork Belly
Roasted in-house with homade marination
Buffalo mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, balsamic reduction and pesto Mini Florentine
Porterhouse (500gm) with Insalata Mista Parma Ham and Rocket Pizza A bottle of house white. We had two, in fact. We had a long leisurely dinner, while we talked about what's ailing this world. We had dessert too. I don't know why some of the desert come in a plastic container.

Basque Cheescake Dark Chocolate Tart All in all, the food were all very nice. I don't know the name of the building the restaurant is in. They are diagonally across from the Lau Pa Sut market. We didn't get to find out how naughty the chef was, or in what way he/she was naughty.
