Attitude of Gratitude

Every now and then, we come across a phrase, or a paragraph which arouses certain emotions in us. Perhaps the particular word, or phrase, or paragraph has a special meaning which we can relate to, or it may aroused some feelings or emotions we experienced in the past. Or it may simply be that it describes something so appropriately, or so beautifully, that we always want to remember it.

The following paragraph is one such example.

This is the attitude of gratitude.

The more you practice this attitude of gratitude, the more you find there is to be thankful for.

Not every day is a good day, but there is always something good in the day. Look for that good and be grateful for it. Sometimes, when we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change. And that could make the difference between a good day or a bad day.
