Daisies are any of several species of flowering plants belonging to the aster family Asteraceae. Although native to Europe, daisies can be found growing all over the world due to its adaptive nature. Plants called daisies are distinguished by a composite flower head composed of ray flowers surrounding a centre consisting of disk flowers. Besides the white ray flowers with yellow disk flowers, there are other colour combinations.
