Life's Little Lessons

Learning is a never ending process. We do not stop learning when we leave school. In fact, it is when we stepped into society, that’s where the real learning begins. We learn what is important in life. And we learn that there is so much about life that school didn’t prepare us for. You have to learn all of life’s painful lessons, one at a time.

However, aphorisms can give us a heads start if we pay attention to them, and understand the profound lessons therein; if we are humble enough to learn from those who had experienced the same hardship before. Sages, gurus, philosophers, poets and writers of old are also treasured teachers. Learn from them, and you will be wiser than wise.

Take a look at today’s selection of aphorisms. Learn what you can.
