Why Fear Death?

Death is a part of the process of Life. It is not to be feared, it should be expected and accepted. Perhaps it is not death that we fear, but the unknown – the, what happens after death. If there is anything else after death, we will face it, we will know when the time comes. Otherwise, it is all imagination and speculation. You are just frightening yourself, worrying yourself unnecessarily. It is better to concentrate on living a good life, and making the most of it while you are still alive and well.
