Hotel 81 - a budget hotel right in the heart of Chinatown. It looks like they have given it a new coat of paint recently.
Chinatown Point belongs to Perennial Holdings. It is a "25-storey commercial development comprising an office block and a six-storey retail podium with two basement levels."
Capitol Theatre - "an architectural and lifestyle gem in the heart of Singapore’s civic and cultural district."
