The Flower Dome

Covering 1.2 hectares, the Flower Dome in the Gardens by the Bay is the largest ‘greenhouse’ in the world as listed in the 2015 Guinness Book of World Records. It features eight gardens and a Flower Field. Every couple of months, the Flower Field undergoes a change of flower display.

According to their website, The Flower Dome is covered with 3,332 glass panels and it’s volume is equivalent to 75 Olympic-sized swimming pools. The Flower Field Hall accommodates up to 1,000 people. The temperature inside the Flower dome is maintained at 23C to 25C so that it is perpetual spring in the dome.
