You can take a fifteen minutes ride to the top of the mountain from the Teleférico cable car out of Arroyo de la Miel. In Summer, the cable cars operate at night too – until midnight.
No doubt the view will be very different from that in the day. I have been up there once, in the day, but not in the night.
