Kingfisher Park

One of the latest additions at the Gardens by the Bay is the Kingfisher Wetlands – a kingfisher paradise with native mangroves and water cascades. It is about the size of two football fields and is divided into three zones – the main cascades, the kingfisher cascades and the wildlife lookout.

The Kingfisher Wetlands aims to be a natural sanctuary for birds and animals, and a thriving ground for flora and fauna alike. It was reported that 16 out of 40 migratory bird species spotted in Singapore are known to have stopped by the Kingfisher Wetlands. This latest attraction is a very popular place for bird watchers.
