Hornbills

I was at a friend’s place, when, looking out of the window, I saw these two hornbills. It was a rare sight. So, of course I had to take a picture of them. Unfortunately, they were too far away for my camera phone. But, at least I got a shot in before they flew off.

My friend said he sees them every now and then. But he has no idea what they attracted them there. We do not know anything about the birds except that they are called hornbills, because of their big curved bills.
