Whereas Meson La Mezquita is tucked away in a small side street, La Espiga is on a busy street close to town. They have been around for a while now and they seem to be doing all right. Every time we were there, they were always busy.
Their food is basic and all right and the price reasonable. I guess they are more of a cafe than restaurant. They are generous and they treat their customers well. Every now and then, we get a brandy on the house after our meals.
