Here we go. Stir-fry French beans!
Cut the beans into small pieces.
Prepare some garlic and dried prawns. These are optional. If you don’t like garlic or dried prawns, you can leave them out. I love both dried prawns and garlic because they add flavour to the dish. Cut the dried prawns and garlic into fine pieces. We are ready to start frying the beans.
Heat up the wok and add some oil. Add in the dried prawns first and give it a stir. Add in the garlic, followed by the French beans and stir-fry them for a couple of minutes. Add salt to taste. While the beans are frying, prepare the eggs, or you can prepare them beforehand. Break two eggs, add some soya sauce, or salt and beat them.
That is the general process of stir-frying French beans. Oil and salt are according to your taste. Garlic and dried prawns are optional. If you don’t like them or if they are not available, you can do with out them. You can add another egg if you are a fan of eggs.
You can also prepare long beans in this manner. Cut the long beans to dice size, and prepare the dish as you did with the French beans.
