You will find that the scenery is very much like yesterdays. Hotels, shops and eateries on the road as well as on the beach. The slight difference here is that there is not much space for a promenade. So, there are no shops and there are lesser pedestrians. But there are still cafeterias on the beachfront for those who wish to stay a bit longer on the beach, or just to stop for a drink or a bite on the way.
Looking at Mount Calamorro from the Beach on the Costa del Sol. Between them are the villages on the hillside, and the town center Arroyo de la Miel.
Hotels and apartments on the beachfront. Beach goers sunbathing on the sunbeds under straw umbrellas. You can rent a place, or you can bring your own deckchair, umbrellas, towels and find yourself a spot on the beach. Cafeteria on the beach front. For the convenience of the beach goers who intend to stay a long time. The Mediterranean sea. Apartments on the beach before the Costa del Sol joins up with the towns on the other side. Some hotels do not have a beach. But they usually have a very big swimming pool, and poolside services like a bar, and light snacks. Hotels, apartments, eateries and souvenir shops on the main road. This is what Costa del Sol looks like. It goes on for about 150 Km connecting towns along the way. The towns are popular with Europeans, many of whom have apartments here. They either come to escape the extreme cold in the Winter months or they come for the sun in Summer.Have a look 👉 HERE for more on the Costa del Sol.
