The Habita

We stayed at ‘The Habita’, a three star hotel whilst in Hat Yai. They charge just over $40 for a night. The hotel has the basic amenities – air-conditioned rooms, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. It has a restaurant serving the basic Western and Thai food, a snack bar, and a library where customers can read while having a coffee. There is a rooftop terrace but unfortunately, that was closed for some reason. The hotel is about ten minutes’ walk to the market area, and the immediate city center.

This is the facade of the hotel. It is blocked from view by trees and plants. One could have easily walked past it and not realize that there is a hotel there unless one looked for it

The entrance to the reception. The receptionists were very polite and helpful.
A snack bar.
A nice big bed in the room.
Their ‘lobby’ area
All in all, at the price they are charging, one couldn’t complain too much about the hotel.
