Gratitude

According to the Law of Attraction, the more gratitude we have, the more positivity we attract. Therefore, we should all cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Be grateful for all the good things in your life, and for the bad things that didn’t happen.

There is always something to be grateful for. We can start with the simple things like – we have a roof over our heads, a warm bed to sleep in, and we don’t have to go hungry. We are surrounded by family and friends. Some people do not even have that luxury.

When we appreciate the little things, when we have an attitude of gratitude, our positivity will attract more positivity into our lives. I am sure you have friends who seem to have all the ‘good luck’ and some friends who seem to have all the ‘bad luck’. Believe it or not, sometimes we bring these things upon ourselves.

A basic law: the more you practice the art of thankfulness, the more you have to be thankful for. This, of course, is a fact. Thankfulness does tend to reproduce in kind. The attitude of gratitude revitalizes the entire mental process by activating all other attitudes, thus stimulating creativity. - Norman Vincent Peale

Gratitude is the appreciation of the simple things in life that we usually take for granted, particularly those that don’t cost money, such as clean air and water and access to beautiful beaches and countryside. Imagine not having them. Then you can learn to appreciate them. - Leo Buscaglia

Gratitude should not be just a reaction to getting what you want, but an all-the-time gratitude, the kind where you notice the little things and where you constantly look for the good, even in unpleasant situations. Start bringing gratitude to your experiences, instead of waiting for a positive experience in order to feel grateful. - Marelisa Fabrega

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow. - Melodie Beattie
