The Parque de la Paloma II

More on the Paloma Park, or Park of the Doves.

This is one of several entrances to the park.

There is a man-made pond at the lower end of the park. The pond is only about two feet deep and is home to turtles, ducks, and fishes. There used to be a pair of swans. But they are not there anymore.
At the upper end of the park, there is a cactus garden which supposedly has about 400 different species of cactus and succulents.
There are cafes for you to take a break, have a snack and something to drink.
And playgrounds for children.
And also, workout stations for those who exercise in the park.
An open space for events during summer.
If you like picnics, there are plenty of spaces for that too.
