Palm Trees

Palm trees grow mostly in tropical climates and they are evergreen. Apparently, there are over 2,600 species of palm trees. Some varieties look so similar, it is difficult to tell which is which at first glance.

In Singapore, palm trees are everywhere - along the roads, and in gardens. They are for ornamental purposes.
