After A While...

As we go about our lives, we learn. Sometimes, we learn that what we learned yesterday was wrong. That is still learning. It is still a good thing. And if we are willing to learn, everyone we meet is our teacher. Everything we do are our experiences. They add to our knowledge of life.

After a while we learn that…

Life can be as complicated or as simple as you want it to be.
Time heals almost everything. Give time, some time.
Everyone’s journey is different.
Things always get better with time.
Whatever doesn’t kill you really makes you stronger.
You only fail if you quit.
What goes around, comes around.
It’s alright to not know the answers.
The past cannot be changed.
Happiness is found within.
It is not good to compare ourselves to others. There will be others better or worse than we are.
Life sometimes gives you a second chance.
True friends are scarce, he/she who has found one has found a true treasure.
We shall reap what we sow.
Being kind is more important than being right.
Good times become good memories. Bad times become good lessons.
Under everyone’s hard shell is someone who wants to be appreciated and loved.
When you harbour bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.
You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
What others think of you is none of your business.
Life is all about cause and effect. Things don’t happen on their own.
When you plan to get even with someone, you are only letting that person continue to hurt you.
Sometimes, we make waves; sometimes, we ride the waves; and sometimes we go with the flow of the currents.
We still have a lot to learn.
