Jasmine Flowers

This species of Jasmine is very fragrant.

Jasmine flowers are easy to grow, and do not need a lot of attention. As long as there is sunlight and the soil is well-drained, they are happy. They can be grown in pots or directly in the ground. If you are creative, you can grow them as hedges, or wall-side borders.

Jasmine flowers are perennial. They bloom all year round. The flowers are mostly white in colour – pure white, and they contrast very well with the leaves which are glossy, and bright green. They are popular for their fragrance. The fragrance is most noticeable in the evening or early morning. However, not all species of Jasmine are fragrant. Some Jasmine flowers have no fragrance.

Jasmine flowers are also cultivated for their perfumery uses like soap, lotions as well as essential oils. They are also grown for tea-making. Jasmine tea is a popular tea with a nice fragrant.

This species has no fragrance.
