Life And Death Are One

All that lives must one day die. Everything that has a beginning has an end. Life and death are the two ends of the same process. Shocking as it may sound, as soon as one is born, one starts dying. The first breath is the beginning of death, and every moment of our life is a step towards the grave. All these might sound morbid. But they are facts of Life, to be understood and faced.
